Frozen Dumplings

Instructions

  1. Boil water. Make sure the pot is large enough to give the dumplings room to swim and be completely submerged.

  2. Drop the dumplings in the boiling water. Make sure to stir them so they don’t stick to the bottom of the pot. Allow the water to come back to a boil. Once boiling, add a cup of water to take down the temperature of the water and then allow the water to come back to a boil again. Repeat this step for a total of three times.

  3. In a bowl, combine the sauce: ZhaCai, Dried Shrimp, Chili Oil, and Sesame Seeds.

  4. When the dumplings are cooked, add 1.5 cups of the boiling dumpling water to the bowl of sauce stuff. You can tell the dumplings are cooked when they are floating, and the wrapper feels like an earlobe when you flick it

  5. Add the cooked dumplings to the bowl with the sauce. Finish it with cilantro and green onion or whatever you might like. The world is yours.
